 Rooting an Android Device



Hello, guys so today I will tell you about the Rooting process. The rooting process in the smartphone allows the user to gain administrative access to an Android device Operating system.

Advantages - 
  • After rooting you can access system files.
  • you are able to modify everything like icons, theme, and battery icons of Android devices.
  •  It allows you to overclock the CPU and GPU of your android device.
  • After rooting you are able to access all applications on your device. You can uninstall system apps also.
  • It allows you to install custom ROM.

Disadvantages - 
  • Once you root your device, a manufacturer warranty is not available.
  • You don't get any updates from manufacturers.
  • Rooted devices are very easy to hack their security is very low.
  • If it is not done properly then it can damage your phone seriously.

There is something you need to know before you root your phone. This process is very useful for advanced android users who know what and when to do that's why this process can harm your device if you don't know how to do it.

To root your Android device you must need to do the following things -

1. Your BootLoader must be unlocked

To unlock bootloader there are different processes to unlock the bootloader on different android devices. You can use google just type "How to unlock the bootloader (Your device name)". By using this method you can unlock your bootloader.

2. TWRP custom recovery is installed 

 To install TWRP you need to download it by clicking here. Just search your device name and download it. and if you did not find it here then again you can get help from google just type "TWRP download for (Your device code name)" You can also search for the code name on google.  Now you need your laptop or PC to use ADB. To Download ADB click here.

3. root zip files are flashed 

To flash root zip files you need to download Magisk Manager click here. Using TWRP you can flash these zip files. 

After you have done all of these then open your PC or laptop >> connect your Android device using a USB cable >> Copy and paste Magisk manager into your android device >> Then Switch off your phone >> Press the power button and volume up button at the same time hold it for sometime >> After your screen turned on connect it to your USB cable >> Now install ADB setup on our PC >> Copy the TWRP file and paste it in ADB folder >> Open cmd in that folder >> Enter "fastboot devices" It shows you your device is connected successfully >> Then type "fastboot flash recovery (TWRP file name)" or simply drag it into cmd >> "fastboot boot Filepath of TWRP" >> Then it shows you options on your mobile device >> click on install >> select Magisk manager >> swipe >> wipe to clear cache >> reboot >> Do not install >> your device is successfully rooted.
